Cancellation Agreement
At Body Renewal Massage Therapy Clinic, we value your time and the time of our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). When you book an appointment, that time is set aside exclusively for you.
To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all clients and protect our therapists' livelihoods, we enforce the following cancellation policy:
Notice Window
24 Hours or More: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. Please either call the clinic to cancel or do so via our online booking system (Noterro). No emails please!
Fees for Late Changes

Important Details
Insurance Coverage: Alberta health insurance providers (and extended health benefits) do not cover fees for missed or late-cancelled appointments. You must pay these fees out of pocket before booking your next session.
Emergency Clause (Our Commitment to Fairness)
We understand that emergencies, accidents, and unpredictable Alberta weather happen. If you miss your appointment due to an emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We handle genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis and may waive the fee at our discretion.
